Weekly Photo Challenge: LETTERS

Words. I love them. I’m a writer, so they’re my stock in trade.

And words are made up of letters. So I love letters too!

Wabi-Sabi Letters

These particular letters are well worn and time-tested. Obviously used lovingly. I found them in a kids’ play corner of Tohono Chul Park,  marvelous botanic gardens in Tucson, Arizona. A visit in person is best, naturally. But we can’t all do that, so I suggest instead a little time out with the interactive website. It’s sure to brighten your spirits!

The park looks like a lovely space – bright and inviting for sure! And clearly loved, if those letters are any indication. 🙂

It was certainly loved by me!
There’s a small restaurant, part indoors, part outdoors, where one can have breakfast or lunch. Delicious to the tastebuds, but also delicious for the soul.
Thanks much for the visit, Stef! I think I’m returning to the land of the living, and to blogging, after the hellacious winter.

Amen to the hellacious winter! It’s still brisk and breezy here – but happily the sun is coming out more and more, which makes things much more tolerable to me. I hope you guys are blessed with bright rays up and over there, too!

The tender green on the trees reconciles me even to the rain! But we have actually have some sun as well. It’s all good — so long as it isn’t white any more!

I love comments! Thanks for coming by and visiting ---
