Weekly Photo Challenge: DREAMY

Dreams aren’t always sweet, you know. Some dreams are actually nightmares. This house in Amherst looks more like a nightmare residence than anybody’s dream house.  What with Hallowe’en approaching and all, I think it’s definitely one to stay away from! (Come to think of it, is that a face I see in the downstairs window?)

Could be a face….it certainly looks an eerie house!

  2. Looks like a dreamy fixer-upper! 😱

Reminds me of the house in Psycho!

That movie was WAAAAAY too scary for me to see! But I think I’ve seen publicity photos of the house, and you’re right!
This one is really scary looking in person as well.

  4. It certainly look a bit nightmarish! We have one here too. Someone had taken a photo of it, and photoshopped a HUGE moon in the sky, which made it look even eerier! 🙂

  5. Jen Payne says:

THAT IS a nightmare house! Wow – great shot, and connection with the theme. Did I ever tell you about the time I saw a REAL ghost?

  6. Stef says:

That is definitely a spooky house! Gives me the willies.

Dreams are very different from nightmares, though. They each have different names, for starters… 🙂

    • Touch2Touch says:

Well, yes and no. Dreams is the general category, which includes good and bad dreams. Many bad dreams have a special name for their sub-category, i.e., nightmare.
As to that being a spooky house — yes!
