Weekly Photo Challenge: INFINITE

Infinite patterns — going on and on and on, seemingly never-ending. Is this reassuring? I’m not so sure. But it makes for an interesting gallery, I think!

(The patterns are photogenic and pleasing, I hope. But for something closer, perhaps, to a true meaning, take a look at this post on sister blog Touch2Touch.)

  1. I do love the randomness of patterns. i spent hours in a cowboy boot shop on Sunset photographing the merchandise and trying to convince Mr C I needed $400.00 leopard skin ankle boots – fail. Maybe I should have gone for one of your caps?

You have some very intriguing images here. The three on the right (at the top of the post) really speak to me.

Hoist by my own petard! I like the randomizing feature of the galleries, so that’s what I use —
But it means that, since the arrangement is different every time anyone clicks on the post — I have no idea what three were operative when you saw it!!!!!!!
      😦

Funny! I didn’t know that was the case with that feature; a good learning for me! The three images I called out were the triangle ceiling, stick ceiling, and rock face. 🙂

      • Touch2Touch says:

Funny also, I was SURE that one of them was the triangle ceiling!
That’s at the Yale University Art Gallery.

Great choices for this challenge! You found some terrific patterns. Love the one from Yale.
