      Maybe genus Richardensis — the guy who built the Three Sisters sanctuary single-handedly,
      and provided all the inspiration for the strange and wondrous things that “grow” there. Like this duck.

    Why, I do believe it is a sprinkle-feathered, periwinkle bufflehead – that purple neck gives it away.
