Weekly Photo Challenge: Hidden

#40 Green Street is an authentic French café — baguettes, croissants, apricot jam and all — and when we can steal away in the morning for a petit dejeuner, we do. So mellow is the ambiance that Frank — who complains about every photo I take of him — relented, smiled, and pronounced this one a perfect likeness. Le voila!

  4. pix & kardz says:

wonderful – this one made me smile!
thanks for sharing this very hidden – yet revealing – moment 🙂

Now that’s a fun picture! Not an easy take. either that or it is one HUGE mug! 😉

  7. This is certainly the best possible photo of Frank. Captures the essence of his right hand, and, almost makes you want to see a little more of him.

  8. nuvofelt says:

So THAT’S what he looks like

  9. Pauline says:

love the way his eyebrows shoot up above the rim of the coffee cup like wings 😉

What a good idea Frank! Now I know a way to avoid my “Scary (for me) Woman” pictures.
I’d know that noble brow anywhere, so who needs to see your morning face before it has the time to get itself together.

    • Touch2Touch says:

      Hey, Berna!
I think I’ll pass comment on this over to Frank —
(We’re just back with electricity and warmth, blah blah blah, after 48 hours without power in the freak October blizzard!!!, it may take him a little while.)

  11. Stef says:

    What a stinker. 😉

    • Touch2Touch says:

I trust you mean the storm, Stef, which was indeed a grandfather and grandmother of all stinkers.
Ample awfulness to go around, but the devastation of the trees (in full leaf still, therefore vulnerable) in a way is the worst, as it will be the longest lasting. Our community had so many lovely trees!

But perhaps you mean some of the awful PUNS on these comments?
Serves Frank right, he’s a master punster —

  12. This is awesome! Great capture and take on the challenge. Sounds like a great place to ‘hide’ away with some coffee and treats. : )

    • Touch2Touch says:

A great place to hide away, yes it is!
The baked goods are terrific, and so are the teas; I can’t speak to the coffees but maybe Mr. Anonymous might!
      Thanks for coming by!

I love comments! Thanks for coming by and visiting ---
