Do you know that if you sit quietly on a rock for a goodly length of time, it will speak to you? Rocks and trees – it’s worth being still and quiet just to hear them speak.

If you say it, I have to believe it at least enough to try it. So I will —

    • Stef says:

I had no idea…. I will absolutely try this! Can the rock be next to a stream, or does it need to be standing alone? Or, can I be sitting next to a tree on the grass? (We don’t have many sit-able rocks around that are not next to water…)

If Pauline says this will happen —- it will happen!

She didn’t specify next to a stream; I think you’re on your own. Just choose a rock that appeals to you —
(And maybe let us all know if it happens in Minnesota as well as in Massachusetts —)
